KB10204265 - I'm having trouble connecting to my POP mail account

If you are experiencing a problem sending or receiving POP emails, we recommend the following.

  1. In your email app, go to the account settings and ensure the following:

    Incoming mail server: mail.{your domain name} (for example: mail.intervations.com.au)
    Username: {your email address}
    Password: {your mailbox password}
    SSL: No

    Outgoing/SMTP mail server: mail.{your domain name} (for example: mail.intervations.com.au)
    Username: {your email address}
    Password: {your mailbox password}
    Port: 587
    SSL: No

  2. If you have forgotten your mailbox password, you can reset it by visiting the following the link to “Go to Plesk Onyx” ;
